S.5.1.technical skills in Hotel and Restaurant Management/TM/HM/TrM;
S.5.2. scientific habit thought;
S.5.3. entry-level competencies in HRM/TM/HM/TrM;
S.5.4. research and extension capabilities;
S.5.5. entrepreneurial skills;
S.5.6. students' own ideas, desirable attitudes, personal discipline and moral character;
