Student organizations are required to submit a Process Documentation Report immediately after the conduct of an activity or event.
The President of the Supreme Student Council (KASAMA) is a regular member of the Academic Planning Committee of the Institute which deliberates all proposed changes in policies, guidelines, etc. for the consideration of the Board of Regents. Therefore, the student body is represented and has a voice particularly when such changes will have implication on the welfare and development of students.
The President of the Supreme Student Council (KASAMA) is a regular member of the Fiscal Advisory Board which tackles on the financial position of the Institute.
