The following are identified as best practices of the Bachelor of Hospitality Management program (formerly Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management) in terms of assessment of academic performance.
The faculty members of the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management aim to develop graduates who not only possess the values and the identity of the institute but also the quality in terms of skills, knowledge and capabilities of students to produce a better workforce in the hospitality industry. That is why the faculties used a diverse assessment tools to cover the multiple intelligences gearing to a positive performance of students.
